Our firm uses contact and payment information to provide client’s services, for scheduling and confirming appointments, and for billing and invoicing purposes. Our firm uses social security numbers, dates of birth, driver’s license information, credit card account and bank account information for case related work and completion of required court ordered documents. Our firm uses credit card and bank account information for payment purposes.

Customer information is never shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.

Customer Information is only shared for legitimate business purposes (e.g. Court related filings; Exchange of documents in response to legal discovery requests, court orders or other legal procedures requiring exchange of information; Support of essential business operations such as payment processing).

All sharing mentioned in this policy excludes mobile opt-in and consent; opt-in information is never shared with anyone for any purpose.

How can customers/clients opt out of communications with our firm? Customers/clients can opt out of all communications with our firm by texting/replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT or by unsubscribing from our firm's emails, etc., unless the client is an active client with our firm or has a balance due and owing, in which case, the client’s fee agreement with the firm shall govern. In those instances, clients can only opt out of any marketing or promotional communications.
