Kimberly A. Shubert
Attorney
Kimberly brings over 15 years of experience in family law, mediation, estate planning, contracts, bankruptcy, landlord/tenant, and general litigation. Attorney Shubert’s primary focus is on guiding clients through tough legal problems.
Clients have praised Ms. Shubert for handling difficult cases with “grace, understanding and kindness.” Attorney Shubert obtained her Juris Doctor from University of North Dakota in 1997 and has been licensed to practice law in New Jersey since 2004 and Pennsylvania since 2022. She is also a certified New Jersey Rule 1:40 Mediator.
Allegra Ramos
Paralegal
Allegra brings over 5 years of experience in family law, estate planning and administration and mass tort settlements. Allegra received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Seton Hill University and then received her Master of Arts in 2013 from Holy Family University.
She also holds an ABA Paralegal Studies certificate.
She is experienced in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
